So, now to the rules - who receives the award is supposed to hand it further, by posting a comment like mine in their own blog, inlcuding 5 favorite Blogs which don't have a lot of followers yet (for example under 100 or under 50 followers). Further more a link to the person/blog you received the award from. Then you are supposed to leave a comment on each of these 5 Blogs, telling them that their blog is one of your favorites and that you hand the blog-award "Liebster Blog" (Favorite Blog) further to them. (I hope my explanation in English is not too confusing... ^^)
